IRIA Delhi brought forth a unique and useful initiative for the Radiology Residents in the form of ‘Film Reading Sessions’ on four consecutive Saturdays from 30th January, 2021 to 20th February, 2021. The entire executive team worked hard and contributed to the organization of these sessions, under the leadership of President, Dr Atin Kumar.

Exam cases were given by the Radiology examiners and teachers from leading medical college institutes of Delhi on the online platform, that were discussed with residents as in the examination, with stress on the important practical points, and tips on how to perform well in the Radiology exit examination.

System wise distribution of cases was been done on the 4 days, comprising of Case Discussions and Spotter session on each day, on themes of Abdominal Imaging, Chest Imaging, Musculo-skeletal imaging, Head & Neck Imaging, Neuroradiology and Genito-urinary imaging.

The sessions were attended by large numbers of Radiology residents from across the country, and students actively participated in the scientific discussions. The academic sessions were greatly appreciated by all.
